IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR INSTALLATION:

1. PLEASE ENSURE THERE IS A PERSON ON SITE WHO KNOWS WHERE THE FURNITURE IS TO BE INSTALLED.

2. OUR INSTALLER CAN WAIT A MAX. OF 15 MINUTES.  EXTRA WAITING TIME IS CHARGED AT $20.00 + GST PER 15 MINS).  IF OUR INSTALLER ARRIVES ON SITE AND THE INSTALLATION CANNOT PROCEED A CANCELLATION FEE OF $50.00 + GST WILL APPLY.

3. PLEASE MOVE ANY FURNITURE FROM THE INSTALLATION AREA. IF YOU HAVE FURNITURE THAT CANNOT BE MOVED AND MAY HINDER INSTALLATION PLEASE SEND US AN IMAGE OF THE AREA AS WE MAY NEED TO BRING SPECIAL EQUIPMENT OR EXTRA PEOPLE.  ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY DEPENDENT ON DIFFICULTY OF ACCESS.

4. THE INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE IS WARRANTED AGAINST DEFECTS FOR 7 DAYS AND THE INSTALLATION OF BOARDS IS WARRANTED AGAINST DEFECTS FOR  90 DAYS.  PLEASE NOTIFY US OF ANY LOOSE FITTINGS OR IRREGULARITIES DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD A CALL OUT FEE APPLIES.
